It’s been 4 months since double eyelid revision surgery (full-incision only)

Up to the third photo is after my first surgery, and the photos after that are after this revision surgery. I first had double eyelid surgery (full-incision) 15 years ago, and my eyes were originally horizontally long (as if I had canthoplasty) and I have strong eye-opening muscle power. Even when I had surgery this time, the doctor said so. They said my eyes have no Mongolian folds at all, which is uncommon in Asians, and are fully open all the way to the inner corners. But I also dislike that. A lot of red mucous membrane shows, and when I went to get semi-permanent makeup this time, they naturally assumed I had had epicanthoplasty. When I first had surgery, it was really a huge success~ Back then, canthoplasty surgeries were almost nonexistent.. so for eyes like mine that are horizontally long and have good eye-opening strength, double eyelid surgery changed my impression so much and made me look prettier. Anyway, about two years after the first surgery, the right side (from my perspective) almost came undone, so instead of the double eyelid forming at the incision line, a thick double eyelid formed above the incision line. So my eyes became uneven, and although it was okay with makeup, when bare-faced the uneven-eye feeling was really severe. Recently, opening my eyes also became so difficult and stuffy that I kept paying attention to that side. So I had revision surgery with full incision. I had surgery to make the line thinner than the first line. The first surgery was a thick outfold line.. I heard so many people say my eyes were really pretty, and the double eyelids barely looked surgically done.. But I wanted to try making them thinner. As a result, I regret it a little^^; When I had the revision, the doctor also said my eyes suit an outfold line. I wanted a perfect infold~ but they said if I did that, for my eyes the front eyelashes would even lift slightly. Because the inner corners are too open. So they made the line like that... something between an infold and an outfold. Healing is slower than the first time too (maybe because of age^^;) and so far, compared with the first surgery, I think the double eyelid surgery looks more obvious too~ when I close my eyes. My satisfaction is just so-so I keep thinking maybe it would have been better if I had just re-fixed the part that had loosened into the original line and removed a little fat..
