I had it done 2 years ago, and they did a good job matching my needs. I asked for it to look natural, and it seems natural enough that people wouldn’t know unless I told them. The compliment I hear the most about my appearance is about my nose. My nasal bridge was already high, so they only shaved down the hump slightly, raised it with septal cartilage, tied the nasal tip cartilage, and I think they did something else too, but since some time has passed, I don’t remember well. I’m not 100% satisfied with the shape, but thinking about it now, I did ask them to make it as natural as possible, and since I had my original nose shape to begin with, the result is not something I like 100%. Satisfaction is about 80 to 85 out of 100? Even though a bulbous nose can’t be corrected perfectly, it doesn’t seem hugely different from before. But the side profile is pretty. It’s just that the slightly bulbous look from the front is a bit disappointing. If I were to recommend it to people around me, I’d recommend at least getting a consultation, but I’d probably tell them to visit a few more places before deciding.
