Photo attached: Do I need revision surgery for this?

I want to take a picture inside my nose and upload it, but... I think it would become a gross photo lol So I just attached a photo of the nose shape Around this March, I had osteotomy, 1 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. But the cartilage inside my nose is bent like that It barely shows from the outside~ but I’m still anxious, so I stopped by the clinic about a month ago, and they said they just needed to tie the cartilage, and that it might improve just by putting cotton in the bent side while sleeping (putting cotton in to straighten the bent part), so since it seemed like it would hurt and they said it might get better without surgery, I put cotton in and took it out for a while like that [it was uncomfortable so I couldn’t keep it in long, and I took it out when sleeping] Then a few days ago, I kept the cotton in for a pretty long time, and what do you know, starting the next day my nose hurt like crazy It hurt so much I could barely wash my face. Since that happened to be Saturday, I waited through Sunday and went to the clinic on Monday. Before the doctor saw me, after hearing my story they said it seemed a bit abraded [the painful side was the opposite side from where I put the cotton!!!!!!!] I’m not someone who can’t tell the difference between an abrasion and throbbing pain. This wasn’t abrasion-type pain; it was a pulling pain in the nose. It was stabbing all the way from between the philtrum and nose down to the lower gums [Those who’ve had surgery will know where I mean lol] At the clinic, they said it was abraded, applied medicine, and said it was a bit swollen, so once the swelling and pain went down, they would tie the cartilage [they said tying it could straighten the cartilage] But I’m wondering if it’s okay to do that~ Will tying the cartilage really make it better? I’ve heard from quite a few places that my nose turned out really well [I even got compliments from the doctor at BK near Sinsa Station saying my nose was really well done...] I like my clinic and my nose, but I feel really uneasy that they just applied medicine saying it was abraded.. After the swelling goes down, is it right to go and have it tied like this~?
