My nostrils were large, and I had a hump nose with bone protruding on the nasal bridge, and my columella looked droopy at the tip of my nose. When I first had nose surgery, I only had surgery on the columella and nasal tip, then endured it for 7 months, and now I’m posting a review after having hump nose surgery on the nasal bridge and also getting nostril reduction. At first, I definitely thought the clinic would be trying to upsell me, and I had surgery only on the nasal tip, which I thought was the most urgent area and mistakenly believed would make things look better if only that part was fixed. If I had listened to the director who operated on me back then, I wouldn’t have had to go through this twice like now. For no reason, I ended up having surgery twice. (All within just 8 months.)
