I came up from the provinces and had nose surgery yesterday afternoon (alar base incision to reduce the nostrils, lowering the nasal tip with ear cartilage), and now I’m lying in a motel room, but the pain is so severe. I haven’t been able to eat for two days and it’s really hard.... Especially, I don’t know why my gums and teeth feel so sensitive and painful. It hurts more than the nose surgery pain, so I couldn’t even sleep... Is it because I’m breathing through my mouth.... Since I’m a man, I thought doing it alone would be no big deal, so I came up here, but I didn’t know it was such a major surgery. It’s so hard that I only feel regret.... They said I need disinfection on Tuesday, so I’m going to try to endure it in the motel room until then.... Oh, and am I not allowed to smoke??? I want to smoke more than I want to eat.....
