I had the silicone removed from my nasal bridge (a bit long^^;)

Today is day 2. I have some questions. Seven months ago, I had only my nasal bridge done, but I had a foreign-body reaction, so I had it removed, and then 6 months later I had revision surgery on just the nasal bridge again. It didn’t seem to be healing cleanly. I kept having pain. And around the right nasal ala? just above it, it tended to harden to a degree only I could feel. Most of all, my skin is thin and the silicone showed way too much, so I had it removed after 3 weeks!!! -_- Without a refund. (My money...) Last time it was removed, it was over in 10 minutes, but this time it took about 30 minutes. They seemed a bit flustered. Blood kept coming out for 20 minutes, so they kept changing the gauze and kept squeezing it out. They kept looking closely at the incision, put in one stitch, squeezed out blood, and squeezed again... My feeling is that while they were putting in something like forceps? to grab and remove the silicone, the silicone got pushed all the way up toward the glabella, and the inside got completely disturbed... Anyway, there was so much blood and the swelling is huge. They said blood could collect the next day and told me to come in one more time. On the evening of the surgery day, blood swelled up plumply, and when I woke up, the blood seemed to have gone down a bit but the swelling was massive. When I went to the hospital, they told me to lie down in the operating room, disinfected it, and said since it didn’t seem like blood had collected, I should come back in 4 days to remove the stitches. But while reading posts here, I saw a lot about taking Rizaben. I asked the doctor, and they said I didn’t need to take it. But if I don’t take it just because the doctor said not to, and it retracts upward and becomes a pig nose, I’m the only one who loses out... Are there people who were fine without taking it? Or if I want a prescription for it, can I just tell the doctor? Or do I need to go to a general clinic and get a prescription? About how much does it cost? Also, my nose color looks strange right now. It’s dark and dull. It looks like corpse skin... My writing is all over the place, but if anyone knows, please tell me.. The swelling and pain are different from the last removal, so I’m really worried... Sob sob sob The doctor tried to stop me and told me not to remove it, but I insisted on having it removed, so I also wonder if they got irritated and did the removal surgery carelessly...
