It’s been about 20 days since the surgery. I’ve given up on the swelling in the alar area and I’m just going to wait it out. But that columella area of mine, is it swelling or what is it? Looking at the photo from the first day, it does seem like swelling, but other people say the columella isn’t even a part that swells much, and it’s not a part that goes down easily either Because of that area, my nose looks completely like a witch’s nose.. Is this also just a matter of time?
