Can the septal cartilage used to raise the nasal tip also show??

If the nasal tip is raised with septal cartilage, does a white mark like a mosquito bite form on the tip of the nose? It’s about the size of a pearl.. It’s not bulging out. My skin is on the thin side.. Could it be showing through?? Also…
