Removal review - Day 6

I had silicone, 2 mm at the glabella and 2.5 mm on the nasal bridge, cartilage tying using septal cartilage, and lateral osteotomy... done. Before I decided on removal surgery, I also spoke with Maybe, and I received a lot of help and advice from many other people in this community.... (I think writing IDs would be a bit... uncomfortable for them...) so I'm gathering courage and writing this. Originally I had a somewhat broad and soft impression, but after the surgery my impression changed so much that exactly 3 weeks after surgery, I had removal surgery. They said it would be okay once the swelling went down.. that it would be a waste, so just leave it... the hospital.. my family tried to persuade me.. But I simply couldn't stand myself, so I had the removal surgery. On the day I had it... really.... tears kept dripping... my whole body was trembling, and when the nurse told me to change clothes and come out before surgery, I couldn't process it and asked several times....... I really can't describe it. Fortunately, the surgery ended well and I think it took about an hour. I was awake while they were preparing the anesthesia... Everything was removed, and immediately after surgery there was almost no swelling. The hospital also told me to come back after a week, to be careful about impact, and that there probably wouldn't be much swelling so I wouldn't need compresses... and there really is no swelling. The nasal tip is a little higher than before, so my nostrils seem a little more visible than with my old nose. Only I can tell.. My family says it's just the old you.. and they smile, but my heart hurts.. Now that the taping is coming off, I guess this is where it begins.... First, since this is before removing the taping, what I can see is that, perhaps because the columella area was incised twice, the scar is clear. And inside the nose, scar tissue is visible on both sides, shiny-looking. Will this scar tissue go away as time passes? Can the nasal tip rise even more from this state? I don't think it should rise any further.... From now on, besides the things I need to prepare such as compresses, vitamin supplements, and Rizaben, what else is there? Nose surgery really........ unless your nose is so unattractive that you absolutely cannot live in that state.... I think the right answer is not to do it. For me, the scar tissue and scars on my nose are one thing, but the wounds I received emotionally are invisible, and they feel bigger... so it's hard. After living almost a month like a wreck, the fine wrinkles in my skin are no joke, and the dark circles under my eyes... show no sign of going away.. Please stay strong, everyone...
