Day 38 with autologous dermis~ Photos removed

I had it done with autologous dermis,, It’s now day 38, Before surgery, I had absolutely no glabella area, and my nasal tip was slightly spread out. Nasal bridge dermis + nasal tip (3 layers of ear cartilage covered with dermis + tying) Was that a lot of work done;;? It also feels like my nasal tip is too high, These days I’m stressed because of my nasal tip I feel like I’m going to develop a mental illness, What if the cartilage in my nasal tip shows through later what if it pierces through and comes out,, I’m worried. I’m not too worried about the dorsum raised with dermis. But my nasal tip is very swollen and hard Is it normally this hard??? They did say it would be hard, but I didn’t know it would be this much.. Foreign-body sensation in the nasal tip; I’ll get used to it, right,, In the front-view photo, I took it with my face lifted a bit, so the nostrils show well. In real life, the holes don’t all show like that.. Just slightly visible,,, Please look at the side-view photo~ Does my nose look upturned? I wasn’t trying to make a pretty, slim line, so I chose autologous dermis, It’s not a pretty, thin nose, but it’s rounded, and does it look very obviously surgical?? For now it still looks very obvious, right...;
