Even these days, when I go to clinics, there seem to be many directors who suggest using L-shaped silicone. When I read posts here, there are reviews saying it is really not good, so I’m curious why the directors who want to use it recommend it. Does it hold the shape better? When I asked whether it could cause nasal tip inflammation, move and protrude, or cause side effects, a few places said that only happens with doctors who are not good at surgery, and that if the cartilage is fitted well with the silicone, the shape comes out better, so it should be used. This is a revision surgery, so I’m really curious~
