Review from day 2 after eye/nose/fat grafting

I mostly just lurked on this community, but I got a lot of help here with costs and clinic info, and I had surgery with a doctor I met through this community, so I’m leaving my first review ^-^ About 4 years ago I had fat grafting to my forehead and nose area once, but over time a lot of it disappeared (of course, not to the point of going back to how it was before. I think about 20-30% is still left..). As I got older, I also lost cheek fat, and my face started to look flatter. So actually I had been thinking about zygoma reduction.. but my cheekbones aren’t that prominent, just a little uneven, so I couldn’t decide easily. I only had a short vacation, so I needed to get surgery quickly, and after a consultation at the clinic where I had fat grafting 4 years ago, I scheduled surgery for the same day, and today is day 2 after surgery. This has all happened in less than a week.. ㄷㄷ For people like me whose face looks flat but who probably won’t get much effect from cheekbone reduction, I think it may be good to consider fat grafting instead. I don’t know about younger people, but if you get cheekbone reduction after your 30s, sagging cheeks is inevitable, and no matter how safe it is said to be, it’s still surgery that involves the bone, so there will naturally be risks. Especially if, like me, your face isn’t the kind that will get a big effect from cheekbone surgery, just smoothing out the uneven lines with fat grafting could change your image a lot. This time I also had double eyelid surgery and tip projection done together, so the swelling is much worse now, but I’m still patiently waiting for it to go down. I had double eyelid surgery about 8 years ago, but now it has become sooo natural that it didn’t even look like I’d had it done, and I had my nose done 6 years ago with hump shaving and ear cartilage grafting, but I didn’t like the shape, so I had it redone this time, and now I think it finally looks like the nose shape I wanted. ^^ I think I’ll need to wait a bit more for the eyes.. Right now I’m a complete Avatar monster, but once the swelling goes down a bit and I look human again, I’ll upload photo reviews again~ Ah. And like other people said, the parts that actually hurt for me weren’t the eyes, nose, or facial fat grafting areas, but the places where the fat was taken from feel more sore and annoying. I guess it’s like how you feel the day after doing physical fitness tests 10 times.. Still, when I had it done 4 years ago, I had to wear compression garments and go to the hospital to loosen the lumps, but now they say that isn’t necessary, and just that alone makes me satisfied ^^
