The director isn’t the especially friendly type. But they accurately pointed out the issues with my eyes, and confidently and clearly recommended how to address them, what surgery would be needed, the surgical method, and so on.
What mattered most to me was hoping the correction would turn out well, not expecting a kind tone from the director, so I actually thought this was better. I liked that the solutions came out clearly and right away.
And even though they made clear recommendations, they didn’t recommend additional procedures like canthoplasty or ptosis correction. The consultant was just kind and explained things well.
There were a lot of people inside the clinic, but considering how many there were, I don’t think I waited that long. And they didn’t take the wait for granted; the consultant in charge apologized a lot for it.
