I had under-eye aegyo-sal surgery with fat~! I'd wanted to do it for a long time, but when I looked at result reviews they were about half and half, so I was worried. But the area right under my eyes looked so empty that I just went for it. I thought about getting filler, but my skin is very thin and all, so I did fat grafting I originally have a lot of flesh under my eyes..... They said that even if I made aegyo-sal, it might look a bit buried, but still, natural is better, right A friend who saw me after I did it also said it looks better, and since my eyes used to have no aegyo-sal at all, I'm satisfied.^^ That was taken not long after I had it done, so there's a slight redness, but there was almost no swelling or bruising~ People say doing it with fat makes it thick, but I had nothing like that at all.~
