Today is the one-week mark. The pain has gotten better than a few days ago. But the problem is my lower back hurts so much. It is hard even to stand, and even when I sit still, it is so hard that I cannot straighten my back properly. I also walk exactly like a pregnant person, and my shoulders and neck hurt too. Am I the only one like this? Is this because of swelling? Is it a temporary phenomenon? Will it get better as time passes? Please tell me how long it takes to improve~
