13 days since my nose revision surgery

It's been 13 days since my nose surgery. This is my second time. I believed this time would be a success (upturned nose) Before the surgery, the nurse told me that my nose would become twice as high, so I had huge expectations and went ahead with it. But After removing the silicone, the doctor said my nose was too low They said 4 mm had been inside. So in the end, I went with 5 mm. Now that I think about it, though, I feel like maybe I shouldn't have done it It's just a 0.1 mm difference............... Is there anyone who had 6 mm? I want to raise it again to 6 mm............ The nurse said 5 mm silicone is what men usually use, and for women, 6 mm is too high because of the skin, What should I do? I want to do it again
