Surgery with teardrop implants_ (7 days post-op)

I had surgery last Wednesday. I’m someone who has lived with a skinny elementary-school-body frame from birth until now. After a long time deliberation, I decided on breast surgery, had a consultation, and got the surgery, but since I have a naturally slim build.. My body is obviously thin, and my breasts are so small they could almost be called male-level thin.. I kept worrying that the implant would show if I had breast surgery, so I kept putting it off.. Then my mom’s friend had breast surgery at a hospital, and it turned out so well that I went through an introduction and got a consultation there. I’m 162 cm / 42 kg.. especially my upper body is even thinner.. After the consultation, they said that for someone as thin as me, a teardrop-shaped implant is exactly the right condition compared with a regular round Motiva implant.. After hearing all sorts of explanations, I decided. If it’s round, the implant might show as round even on the upper part of the breast.. But with a teardrop shape, the top falls smoothly in an oval-like shape, so they said that looks more natural. The four photos on top are pictures of my asphalt-like chest taken before surgery, and of the four photos below, the two on the left were taken right after surgery, and the two on the right were taken on day 3 and day 5. Yesterday I took off the compression bra and saw my breast shape for the first time, and amazingly it was teardrop-shaped lol Normally, when you look at photos of people about a week after surgery, there’s swelling, so I had seen some photos where the shape looked a bit round, but I don’t have that As soon as I took off the compression bra, it naturally fell into a teardrop shape starting from the upper line. Still, they said to keep wearing the upper-fullness band for a month to prevent upper fullness. After surgery, there was almost no pain, and since they stuffed the inside of the compression bra with cotton-like padding and I wore the compression bra with a pressure band, it felt tight and was hard to deal with. The size was 220 cc because my ribcage is narrow and I’m thin. I had no pain right after surgery, and even when the anesthesia wore off, there was none. I took painkillers for about 3 days, so maybe that’s why.. Anyway, it was a relief that it didn’t hurt. I’m usually scared;; Right up until just before breast surgery I was shaking a lot.. Maybe because I was so tense it wasn’t as hard as I thought.. The price for teardrop implants is more expensive than regular Motiva.. but for me, compared with an average person, I was just too thin.. so I treated it as an investment.. In any case, I have to take good care of it. The director told me to eat a lot, sleep a lot, and not overwork myself because it doesn’t hurt, so lately I’ve really been eating a lot. On top of that, after the surgery my stomach was bloated and hard.. If you look at the bottom-right photo, do you see my belly sticking out? That’s swelling... And because I ate a lot, my belly seems even more prominent;; Some people say the stomach swells a bit after breast surgery, and now that I’ve done it myself, I get it;; After the breast swelling goes down and the shape settles a bit, I’ll post again soon.. If you’re thin and want breast surgery, consider teardrop implants once.. I still need more time to see the progress, but so far it seems like I made a good choice;;
