It’s been one month since surgery for a droopy nasal tip ~~ I had an osteotomy, so my nose became very nicely slim, and I like it from the side too, but I think the glabella area is a bit high I had a slight hump, so they did an osteotomy, and for the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage as the support. I didn’t put in silicone Both photos are after surgery, but only one photo is uploading because I’m on my phone. My nasal bridge was originally high But after the osteotomy, the nasal bridge, I mean the glabella, got a bit higher, the bridge got lower, and the tip was raised higher, that’s how it turned out.
