It's been about 9 months since my surgery~ I had 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage used~ I feel like my nose is low~ and I want the tip to be slimmer, so I'm considering revision surgery~ I wanted to hear everyone's advice~ My nostrils aren't upturned, but I want them to be barely visible at all, and my nose has a very slight line~ I wish that were straight~ How would a straight nose look~ Especially with the nasal tip, I'm not really sure what condition it's in~ Please give me your honest evaluations^^ Or if I just do more to the tip from here, would it give a straight-nose feel~ Please give detailed answers!
