코수술하고시파엿ㅠㅠ [@미닝이얌] If you’ve already had it done, there’s nothing you can do, so enjoy it for now, and when you no longer feel attached to it, I recommend revision surgery without an implant!!! It was almost 10 years and everything was fine, so I thought, oh, will I get through it? But the silicone really shifted within just a day or two

Because of the silicone pressure, it could end up slightly lower than my original nose, but since I didn’t have the surgery because I originally wanted a high nose, they said it should be okay... I think how much silicone you originally had put in matters
