As I got older, the area that changed noticeably first was under my eyes. Other areas didn’t feel that noticeably saggy, but the wrinkles under my eyes were especially severe.. so they stood out even more.. So I had lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting to the anterior cheekbones with a doctor at Sketch Plastic Surgery, and it has now been 2 weeks since surgery. There is still a little bruising left, but there is almost no pain, and the swelling went down faster than I expected. I’ll have to wait about a month to see, but the wrinkles are gone and my complexion looks brighter, so I’m satisfied. The scar I was most worried about also doesn’t show, and I think I’m recovering well.
