8 months ago I had osteotomy for a crooked nose, 3 mm silicone, and septal cartilage. I also had paranasal augmentation, then had it removed But starting a month ago, my nose and the paranasal area started feeling extremely tight. I went to the clinic and they said it was because of the weather, but as you all know, tightness... that feeling is really awful It feels like my nose is being lifted upward,., So I'm thinking about removal, but every single day is painful. The tightness, I mean Sometimes it hurts so much I can't even sleep. I had surgery despite having a slightly upturned nose, so even after surgery my nose is a bit upturned; what will happen if I remove it? Every day is hell. Since the day of surgery, there hasn't been even one minute or one second when I was happy. Please help
