Failed submental fat liposuction Please recommend a procedure suitable for my face

Hello ^^ I have mandibular hypoplasia? Overall, my lower jaw is small It's not very severe.. I also have a slightly retruded chin.. Maybe because of that, the fat under my chin looks saggy So I even had liposuction for the fat under my chin, but it didn't fix the sagging-looking jawline. I spent the money and went through all that hardship.. The doctor said that wasn't fat but fibrous tissue? So he said that when other people have 50-70 removed, he could only remove 25 from me.. So!! Botox..! I got it 3 weeks ago, but it doesn't seem to have any effect... Should I get a thread lifting procedure (but the reviews didn't really recommend it, saying it goes back quickly..) Should I get a lift for the fat under my chin (they say this is quite a big surgery..) There is also Ulthera.. AccuLift too (they say this is also liposuction) There are really so many procedures related to the chin/jaw area, but I really have no idea which procedure is suitable for me.
