I don’t know if the fixation is too strong or if the medial epicanthoplasty was the problem, but my eyes look so fierce and it feels like the double-eyelid line is being pressed down by upper-eyelid fat? That’s how it looks... I was scared of lateral lower canthoplasty, so I didn’t do it. Since that’s my issue, should I get lateral lower canthoplasty, or should I get revision double-eyelid surgery? Please tell me what the problem is

오이상추 [@] But your original eyes themselves are the kind that can look a bit fierce, so rather than semi-out, I think it would have been prettier if they had made a refined in-out line with the outer part of the line visible. There’s also a bit of a fixed look, so I think that makes it seem even more that way Usually, celebrities or influencers whose semi-out came out well, or who had in-out and then got a pretty semi-out line, seem to get good results because they raise the line as revision surgery rather than doing semi-out as their first surgery, so the risk is lower. In your case, for eye revision, how about changing it to in-out with a slightly weaker fixation...
