Bumpy nasal bridge after surgery and under-eye bruise pigmentation;;

It’s been about a month and a half since surgery now. My nasal bridge is visibly bumpy. My original nose also had a slightly protruding bone.. But after nose surgery, it feels like it got a little worse? I thought that once I had silicone inserted, the bumpiness would obviously be covered, but when my nose was swollen at first, it was straight, so it looked so pretty, and as the swelling went down, the bumpiness gradually started to show. Now it seems like all the swelling has gone down, but since it’s bumpy.. I keep noticing it;;; That’s how it is.. And after nose surgery, in the area under my eyes where dark circles would be, I had severe bruising. Around 2 weeks after surgery, it remained dark and patchy, so it looked like dark circles. But it has continued until now without even a little improvement. This is pigmentation, right..? I never had dark circles, and my skin was really clear, but since this is there like dark circles, I used to go around bare-faced just fine, but now even when I cover this area with concealer and always wear makeup, it still shows... I’m seriously stressed What do I do about this, seriously... I heard pigmentation can’t even be treated..
