This will be my 3rd surgery The first time, I only used septal cartilage, and the next time I used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. I’m satisfied with the shape, but as it entered the absorption phase, the external appearance still looks okay shape-wise, but should I say the nasal support structure collapsed.? So my nostrils became uneven. From underneath, the support structure looks bent. It’s been a little over a year, and when I went back to that clinic for a consultation, they said they’d do an AS revision, but I’m so torn over whether to use donated cartilage or my own cartilage…

If you’ve had your nose opened 3 times and are worried because of drooping, I think I’d use a stronger material. Different materials suit different people, so think it over carefully.

윤짱짱 I had revision surgery at a clinic using autologous costal cartilage, and it’s sturdy, and I finally like the shape now.. I think it’s really important for the nasal tip to stay firm and maintain its shape well
