I went for a consultation because my under-eyes were hollow, and the doctor honestly told me that the front cheek filler would have to be completely dissolved for the surgical result to come out well (Dr. S.C.) I didn’t want to dissolve it, so I was going to ask them to just dissolve or remove it during surgery, but because the doctor spoke honestly, I’m planning to go tomorrow to dissolve all the filler in my face... For hollow under-eyes, fat grafting honestly seems more appropriate than under-eye fat repositioning, but with fat grafting, I’m really worried because the side effects seem irreversible...
