It’s been 3 months since my rhinoplasty I had my nasal hump shaved, 3 mm silicone placed, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. I spend every day crying, and after getting it done I actually can’t meet people even more.... When I look in the mirror, it’s like there’s a pillar in my nose If I had become prettier like this, I wouldn’t even complain but that’s not the case, and at a glance people can tell I had surgery It’s way too obvious.. I only wanted to make my slightly blunt nasal tip look slimmer, but now the nasal tip is also too hard, and I want to be able to touch my nose freely and comfortably like other people.. I’m thinking of removing everything. If I remove the silicone and the nasal ear cartilage, will it go back to my old nose???? The doctor said that because the silicone has been in for 3 months, if I remove everything, it will look stranger than my old nose and told me to lower it through revision surgery. But just the fact that there is silicone in there stresses me out so much, so I don’t want to do it again, I just want to remove everything. Please help
