The doctor was very honest and does not recommend surgery if it is not necessary. I had the nasal bridge done with dermis and had cartilage tying for the nasal tip. It turned out very natural and well, but what’s unfortunate is that because the dermis absorbed quite a lot, it has returned fairly close to how it was at first.
