Exactly 1 year ago, I had nose surgery using only silicone and ear cartilage. I had been continuously getting Misko and fillers.. Because I wanted a natural nose, I asked them not to raise the nasal bridge and to raise mainly the nasal tip, and went into surgery.. It wasn’t even sedation anesthesia, so during the surgery the doctor said there was something like inflammation, so he wouldn’t be able to raise the nasal tip much. In the end, my nose ended up with the bridge almost as high as the tip, nearly a straight line, and the tip was at a level where there was hardly any difference before and after. That’s how the nose surgery turned out.. The swelling lasted so long too But once the swelling went down, the silicone was bent to one side, so it wasn’t corrected, and it kept moving and shifting... When I went back to the clinic, they said it only needed slight correction.. Because I was also hearing that my image looked like an Avatar, I said that unless they would do revision surgery, I just wanted the silicone removed. The doctor said that since there wasn’t anything wrong, I’d have to pay more for revision surgery, and that if they just slightly corrected the silicone it would become a bit lower So in the end, I received a recorrection surgery. They said the swelling would last 1 week... but for me it hurt more than my nose surgery, the swelling lasted longer... It was a major surgery It wasn’t sedation anesthesia either, so it was painful. In the end, now 6 months have passed since the silicone recorrection surgery.. and my silicone is still bent exactly the same. I had been overseas for several months, so as soon as I came back to Korea, I went to the clinic. The doctor again tried to talk me out of removal, saying it only needed a slight correction and wasn’t it a waste, but just thinking about how my whole image was ruined was so stressful, so I said I would remove only the silicone, and 5 days ago, on Monday, I had the removal surgery for free. But ㅡ ㅡ seriously, the surgery ended in just 30-40 minutes and seemed simple... The swelling was really about one-third of what it was during the nose surgery?.. Now on day 5 there isn’t much major swelling.. so I was thinking I could just get filler later... But since my nose seemed too blunt, I felt my nasal bridge bone, and seriously ㅡ ㅡ I realized how much they had shaved my nasal bone.. It has been shaved flat and wide, as wide as the horizontal width of the silicone. That’s why my nose looked even blunter. Anyway, it was shaved wide so I gasped for a moment.. But the bigger problem is that the nasal bone is not shaped like ^, but like ] laid sideways.. The nasal bone has been shaved diagonally to one side. So I wonder if that’s why the nose silicone kept bending to one side... At the time of nose surgery, I really thought I had just done simple silicone and ear cartilage... I thought, even if they shaved the nasal bone, how much could they have shaved... but......... Even after the swelling goes down, I think the diagonally shaved part will show on the outside.. I’m stressed. Just because I had removal surgery doesn’t mean I feel at ease. Now I’m wondering again whether I need another revision surgery.. or whether I need to shave the nasal bone again... I’m going crazy..
