#2 Chin / Cheekbone (scalp incision) surgery, day 8 (male) photos...

I'm Leonie, who posted 4 days ago about day 4 after chin and cheekbone surgery. Actually, I'm going to get the stitches removed tomorrow, but I had to go out today, so I took the bandage off one day early. I was pretty shocked;;; A lot of the swelling has gone down, but there is still a lot of swelling around the chin, so I'm hoping it will look a bit more natural as time passes^^ For the review up to day 4, please see my previous post. This is about days 5 to 8. - I can barely feel any pain. - Sometimes there is a tingling feeling, but compared with what I felt up to day 4, it feels like almost nothing. - I feel good because the swelling seems to be going down day by day. - I also take walks sometimes, to reduce the swelling faster. - On day 7, I took a taxi to Daehak-ro and even watched a play;;; (I did go with a junior, but honestly I felt embarrassed inside;;;) - Since there is that little pain and I feel my condition has improved a lot, every minute and second feels boring and dull. - But when I walk around, I still feel a bit dizzy. Well, I guess this will gradually get better too^^ - On the morning of day 8, I finally took off the bandage. - Hmm, my first impression was a bit shocking. My properly compressed forehead and hair... probably because it looked really greasy and clumped;;; (It took some time because I was being careful while showering.) - After cleaning everything up, I saw there was a reason. There is still a lot of swelling around the chin, so the lower part looks U-shaped. Of course there is swelling around the cheekbones too, but the chin is much worse. - So I decided to keep wearing a beanie. - Looking here and there, I'm really hoping that once the swelling goes down, there will still be some style to it^^;;; (I'm still disappointed because the side profile doesn't really have much of a look yet;;; haha) - Even so, although there is still swelling, my face feels smaller. If I take good care of my body and the swelling goes down a lot, I think I'll definitely feel that it has gotten smaller. - Since I had a scalp incision, I can feel the stitch marks on my head with my hand. (It feels like bigger stitches than when I had a hair transplant before. Thinking about it, the area is bigger than a hair transplant, so of course it makes sense.) --> For this part, I absolutely won't rush my thoughts and plan to spend time with an empty mind. - Today too, I'm thinking of calling friends over and hanging out. I'm so tired of just staying at home, and since it doesn't hurt, time won't pass;;; - Oh, and I'm wondering when I can start smoking again haha - I'm just curious how much swelling will have gone down 2 weeks after surgery. Since postoperative care now seems almost finished, I'm thinking of posting photos once a week in the facial surgery before-and-after photo board from now on. Have a good Lunar New Year~~^^
