It came out exactly in the shape I had imagined!! Even though I have a very bulbous nose, I said I didn't want to completely overhaul my nose and only wanted to raise the tip, and they did not pressure me at all to fix the bridge or anything else, and just said okay. When I said I didn't want to use autologous costal cartilage or ear cartilage either, they said they would try to make it using only the materials inside my nose, and they really used only that and made it exactly the shape I had imagined!!! I came up from Busan, had a consultation only here, and booked the surgery date that very day, and I truly have zero regrets!!!! After nose surgery, the bleeding from my left nostril wouldn't stop, so I even went to the emergency room (rather than a clinic issue, it seems there are a small number of people whose bleeding doesn't stop easily). Even after that happened, they gave me an injection to stop the bleeding, gave me a nutrient IV, gave me anti-inflammatory medication, took such, such good care of the follow-up, and worried about me more than I did. It's been almost a year since surgery, and even if I went back, I would do it here again!!
