I had revision nose surgery two weeks ago, but for the past few days I’ve been wondering whether the columella is really centered. The columella seems to be in the middle, but maybe because of scar tissue, the left and right sides are slightly different. If it were only the shape, I could live with it, but whenever I yawn, only one nostril feels especially compressed, and inside it feels tight? like a stabbing sensation. It’s always the same side.. The bridge is centered, but I’m worried the tip will twist.. The height where the nostril edges end is the same, but the tip feels like it’s twisting to one side? Is this wrong? If it is wrong, does that mean I need surgery right away..
