It was my first appointment, but the wait was far too long and the clinic was chaotic, so I was disappointed. The director also took a phone call while I was in the consultation, so it was not a good experience. Separate from the chaos, the director and the manager are kind. They also spend quite a long time on the consultation and look over things carefully several times.
