Is it just me? When I smile, my expression is different from before. My philtrum doesn’t lift, to the point that my upper teeth don’t show, and it feels awkward. Thinking about it now, near the end of the surgery, the doctor said to the nurse, “Please give me Botox.” So I’ve wondered, did they inject Botox into my philtrum and columellar muscles because they were worried the nasal tip would droop when I smiled after surgery? Anyway, my philtrum won’t lift How is it for everyone? Should I go to the hospital? I work in customer service, so it can’t look awkward when I smile... Please leave even a short comment
