After worrying and worrying, and posting here a few times, I finally went through with it. I had nasal osteotomy, shaved down the hump, and since I didn’t want to touch the nasal tip, I only had the nasal cartilage tied slightly. But I keep getting diarrhea after taking the prescribed medication. In the past, when this happened after rhinitis surgery, I told the ENT clinic and they changed the medication, so it was fine. But today, when I went in for disinfection and said I thought I was getting diarrhea because of the medication, they said I didn’t have to take it then. They said since I didn’t use any implant anyway, I don’t necessarily need to take antibiotics. Is it really okay even so?? Or should I endure the diarrhea and try taking the medication?
