Review of Hit in this community

I waited 30 minutes past my reservation time, and they were brazen about saying I’d have to wait another hour to meet the doctor. Their attitude of not asking for understanding even once was really unpleasant. It made me even angrier because they acted like of course I should wait. Most of all, at the front desk, the staff and manager alike were all chatting loudly like “hey, hey.” Seriously, they looked like they had zero professionalism. I went in because the manager or staff member said they would consult with me first, and they were saying that since they aren’t a doctor they couldn’t make an exact judgment, but from what they could see, my eyes are the type that can’t get double eyelid surgery without a forehead lift. If you can’t judge, then don’t say it. While going around to 8 consultations, this was the first hospital to say this kind of thing. Thanks to that staff member, I immediately cut them off and chose a hospital that can make pretty eyes well enough without a lift^^ A place I never want to go to again. I didn’t even consult with the doctor, but the vibe already gave me the answer, so I just left. It might have been different if I had received a consultation from the doctor, but their image was already completely ruined because of the staff.
