While receiving consultations for revision eye surgery (incisional), fat grafting, ptosis correction, and canthoplasty, what impressed me the most was that they did not recommend unnecessary procedures and sincerely recommended only the parts that were truly needed. There was no atmosphere of forcing me to make a decision, and they listened fully to my concerns and explained several options, so I trusted them much more.
