The stitches are out (short review)

I wrote below that I had the stitches removed. There was a bump on the bridge.. when I smiled, the tip of my nose dropped. (It is not like that normally) Like I wrote below, everyone said to shave down the nose and put in silicone, but I hated the foreign-body sensation, so in the end I went with osteotomy + no implant + open approach + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. There is a muscle that makes the tip of the nose drop when you smile, called the depressor of the nasal tip, and they cut that. (above the gum) They said general anesthesia is just to put you to sleep briefly so you forget the pain of the local anesthetic injection? lol Thanks to that, I was awake during the nose surgery, and I felt no pain and heard everything. I wasn't scared. When they were doing the osteotomy, it felt like they were banging with a hammer or something (but not that intense), and when they tied the nasal tip, it felt like my nose was being pulled lol At the end, when they were stitching under my nose, I even said, "Please sew it nicely" lol, and the doctor told me to be quiet lol Anyway, when I went to the recovery room and lay down, my nose was bleeding, and even on the first day, despite packing it with cotton, it still bled. I could hardly sleep that first day because my nose was blocked and I had to breathe through my mouth, which made my mouth so dry.. The cotton was removed the next day, and today, the fifth day, the stitches were removed. Fortunately, I didn't bruise much, just a slight yellowish color under the eyes.. Since nothing was inserted into the nose, there is almost no swelling, and only the nasal tip is a little swollen. I keep thinking I should have done this sooner.. I'll post photos again with a before-and-after comparison in about a month~
