Nose Re-Surgery

Has anyone had a case like mine?

It’s been almost 4 years since my surgery. At first, I thought I had only had L-shaped silicone, but as I looked into it, I was told that the nasal bridge was raised with silicone, and the nasal tip was raised by manipulating the autologous cartilage in the nasal tip (not septal cartilage or ear cartilage). What I want removed is the silicone! It feels too high and like a block of wood Other people don’t really notice, but you know how it can feel like it stands out more only to you Has anyone had surgery like mine? And for those who left the nasal tip manipulation as is and only removed the silicone from the nasal bridge, how are you now..? My nasal bridge was very low, so I’m worried there will be a big difference between the nasal tip and the area where it was removed. I would be so grateful for any help.. I lived fine for 4 years, but suddenly this is weighing on my mind and it’s hard..
