167 cm, 54 kg, transaxillary smooth 275 cc done~

My body size is 167 cm, weight about 54~54 kg, and it has now been one month and two weeks since I got transaxillary smooth 275 cc implants~ When I was looking into hospitals for surgery, the thing I focused on most was choosing a plastic surgery clinic specializing in breasts as the basic requirement. Since breasts are an intimate area for women, I felt so embarrassed about showing them to a man~ So I looked for a hospital run by a female specialist. There are many methods, such as the armpit, belly button, and areola, but among them, I thought the armpit incision would be best, so I looked for a hospital that did transaxillary surgery. When I had consultations, I chose the hospital based on things like whether the feeling matched well, how kind they were, and how sincerely they treated me. On the day of surgery, my surgery was scheduled for 11, so I arrived at the hospital around 10, changed clothes, and prepared for surgery. I knew I had asymmetrical breasts in daily life, but that was the first time I found out my nipple positions were different too;; (a shock like static electricity? lol) Finally, I went into the operating room and lay down, and I got extremely nervous... I even thought I really wanted to run away.. Just when my mind was all over the place, the anesthesia doctor came in and told me that once I slept for a bit, everything would be over, which helped me calm down a little... And then I fell asleep, poof haha I woke up in the hospital room, and maybe because the anesthesia had not worn off, it really did not hurt at all!! At first I got extremely sleepy, then after a little while I was completely wide awake, kept joking and messing around with the friend who came with me for the surgery, called another friend and said my surgery was over, and ah.. I really thought, wow, it does not hurt~ I felt like I had been scared too much in advance for no reason. I even felt it was unfair how much emotional stress I had gone through;; I had really searched through every single surgery review and got so stressed that I even got enteritis I am a woman whose body and mind are both weak After being discharged and getting home, I immediately finished a whole bowl of pumpkin porridge I had bought in advance, took one painkiller the hospital had given me beforehand, and slept with my upper body elevated. I wondered if I would be able to fall asleep because of pain? but I slept deeply and soundly.... lol The day after surgery, when they removed the drains, it was over quickly and slid right out~ How should I describe the feeling??? I cannot really explain it, but it did not hurt much, just felt kind of strange?? It felt chilly and tingling around the armpits. Until the next day too, I ate well, took my medicine well, and just lounged around!!! Ah! But especially while you have the drains in, it is hard to pull your clothes down and up in the bathroom; I think it would be good to prepare loose boxer shorts or something like that^^ On my way back after getting the drains removed, I also bought boxer shorts and changed into them at home;;; * One week mark (massage) They removed the bandages and immediately put me in a sports bra and an upper band. I think the massage hurt much more than the surgery. For about 3 weeks, it hurt every time I got a massage, then at some point it suddenly did not hurt at all, and the feel suddenly softened completely. It became a texture where even if I tried to find where the implant was inside, I could barely find it~ At the hospital too, while massaging me, they said that unless I told someone I had surgery, they would never know at all~ And in the morning when I run to catch the bus on my way to work, I feel them bounce~ Since the bounce suddenly appeared, it did feel a little burdensome;; When you see people with large breasts running, you can see their breasts moving a lot, right? I do not really like that, and it is not to that extent, but since they bounce, somehow... Personally, I hope they do not bounce severely even as time passes The nipple positions being different, which I found out before surgery, have now almost matched because I kept pushing the left side down over and over. But the left side is still a little lower, so I think I need to work on it a bit harder~ And the inframammary fold lines match almost perfectly. Also, after 3 weeks, they told me to wear the upper band only when sleeping, so I am just wearing a sports bra, and it is so comfortable that I wonder how I used to wear those stuffy underwire bras all this time. Even wearing just one sports bra makes clothes fit much~ better than when wearing a padded bra~ I realized clearly that there is a definite difference between creating volume with a bra and having volume because you actually have breasts~ My waist is completely straight, but after surgery I even heard that it looks narrow zz Thankfully, I really think the surgery turned out well~ Take good care of your body before surgery, and everyone become beautiful^^
