It has been about a year and a half since I had rhinoplasty. From 3 months after surgery, I began intermittently feeling a tingling sensation at the nasal tip. It wasn’t constant, but because it was a symptom that appeared not long after surgery, the hospital told me to monitor it, so I just went in and got checked whenever the symptoms appeared. The symptoms occurred every three months or sometimes every month, and this March too, when my hand touched the nasal tip, I felt a tingling, painful sensation, but there were no major visible changes such as redness or swelling. Then this month, for a whole month, it has kept hurting two or three times a week. There’s no problem anywhere else, only the nasal tip is like this. They said it would get better if I took the prescribed medication, so I took it when it hurt, but it still hurts, and even swelling and redness appeared briefly and then disappeared again. I don’t know when it might keep bothering me again, so I’m debating whether to remove it or have revision surgery. If I remove everything completely, will the shape of my nose change a lot? For my nose, they built up the septum and inserted silicone. They also said they put a little artificial dermis in the nasal tip. At the hospital, they said it seems like signs of inflammation from the artificial dermis or the part used as support to raise the nasal tip, and suggested touching up only that area. What should I do
