I had double-jaw surgery in 2012.

At the time, I was in such a rush that I quickly scraped together the money and had double-jaw surgery. I guess it was a hasty decision The result isn’t very good. In my case, when doing double-jaw surgery, they should have rotated and set back the maxilla and mandible for a bigger effect, but they just set them back. And as for the chin tip, the director at the time said the nerve line was too low, so he couldn’t do it. In the end, I only had double-jaw surgery... It did improve, but the protruding lower jaw is still the same... So after thinking and thinking, in 2016 I’m attempting revision surgery. Of course, doing double-jaw surgery again seems like it might be dangerous too.. I’m thinking of just doing the chin tip + nose. The place where I had a consultation says chin tip surgery is possible. The director there said that if the double-jaw surgery had been done with rotation, the effect would have been better and recommended revision surgery, but the money is an issue too.. and it seems hard, so I’m thinking of just doing the chin tip and nose. Has anyone seen a big effect from chin tip surgery alone?? My chin is on the long side and the front of my chin protrudes.
