Only one side looks too natural

I had surgery at the end of March, and now it’s November, so it’s been almost 8 months. As the title says, only one side looks too natural. The breast pocket is too large on just one side.... When I lie down, the right side just looks rounded like a surgically augmented breast. When I’m sitting, neither side looks like it has had surgery at all to the naked eye (I originally had some breast volume). On the right side, if I touch it carefully, I can slightly feel the implant, and on the left side, it feels like there’s no implant;; it’s really fascinating. The problem is that when I lie down, the left implant moves up too much; Honestly, the left side doesn’t feel like it had surgery at all, even when I touch it while lying down. But the big problem is that the two sides are different I’d rather the left side also look like a surgically augmented breast, like the right side... The hospital where I had the surgery suggested doing an operation to stitch the inside so the left side can’t move upward, but honestly, the stitches could come undone, and the scar is almost gone now, but then I’d get another scar... They also said the right breast pocket probably won’t expand any more... According to the director, I’m the first person he’s seen whose breast became like my left one. He said the pocket is really, really wide... Is there anyone like me whose pocket was made extremely wide? I’d rather have revision surgery at another hospital to make only the right pocket wider... that’s what I want to do.
