It’s been about five months since my nose surgery. I had silicone and septal cartilage used. But recently, when I touch inside my nose, there’s a smell. It smells kind of bad. Maybe because I had osteotomy, it really feels tight and it’s uncomfortable to breathe. Sometimes the tip of my nose gets red too Could these be symptoms of inflammation?
