The stress about my nose has been so severe that I decided to have a fourth revision surgery. I would really rather just live with it if possible, but because of the shape, I am suffering so terribly that I decided to have surgery again. However, since I do not have septal cartilage left, I need to have nose surgery using donated costal cartilage, or by gathering two pieces of ear cartilage and using them as a support. But I heard that if it is done with donated costal cartilage, after about 2-3 years the donated costal cartilage gets absorbed, and the nasal height that had been raised with the support becomes much lower. Is that true? If anyone knows, please do not just pass by and please leave a comment.
