If the side effect of lateral canthoplasty is a ㄷ-shaped deformity, what are the side effects of lower canthoplasty? I was going to get lower and lateral canthoplasty, but since lateral canthoplasty has a lot of side effects, I was planning to do only lower canthoplasty.
