What do you think about Gore-Tex for the nasal bridge, nasal tip cartilage repositioning, and AlloDerm for the nasal tip..? Is it too old-fashioned? When I looked it up, it seems like Gore-Tex is also inserted in a long piece.. Ah, I really like the nose shape though..
