Before removal: lengthened a short nose with septal cartilage and ear cartilage After removal: (removed 10 days after surgery) lowered the starting point of the glabella silicone, lowered the silicone, and removed the septal cartilage - The issues where my midface looked long, my impression became harsh as if I had medial epicanthoplasty, and I looked older all improved - The nasal tip had been lowered forward/downward and raised, so the skin beside my nose had lifted, but after removal it reattached to the skin - The heaviness in my nose and the cut-like, cold aching pain disappeared completely - Something like cartilage? had been protruding in the right septal area inside my nose, but that went back in too, and breathing improved noticeably - It is only day 2 after removal now, so there is a lot of swelling, but even so, my nose is clearly smaller than when the septal cartilage was in - The rock-like hardness of the nasal tip disappeared It was like a revision surgery at the original hospital that did my surgery, and thankfully they only charged the anesthesia fee and did the silicone replacement + removal surgery The hospital kept saying it was because of swelling, so I was very conflicted at first But if I missed the 2-week timing I would have to wait 6 months, so I clearly expressed what I wanted and had the surgery.. Everything I felt was a problem before surgery improved after surgery Even though my nose was opened twice in a short period, there is no pain, and I like the shape much more now
