I’ve worked at a hospital specializing in liposuction and fat grafting too, so it’s not like I have no professional knowledge, but they kept telling me to freeze the fat (unless someone really has no fat or has special circumstances, freezing usually isn’t done much). The consultant and the director pressured me 2-on-1. With liposuction too, since I was already doing it, they kept pressuring me until the end to do this and that, freeze it, do a second round, and they made snide remarks like I wasn’t doing it because I had no money, indirectly insulted me, and treated me like I was poor. I’ll definitely never go back
